Awful service we randomly decided to dine in and I stood here for 10 minutes waiting on them to correct my order. I had a steak... cheesy Gordita crunch with a supreme taco. No tomatoes on the taco and they added beef to the Gordita. The nice lady that tookmy order rung it up correctly the gentlemen in the picture just made it wrong and ignored me at the counter as they tried towait on her to return to correct their mistake. Fast food Mexican restaurant food is good that could be a little more generous with the food itself for the price you pay.... They're efficient quick to grab a bite. If there were negative stars that's what they would get. I've been coming to this Taco Bell for years. Never had a problem until... tonight.(5-25-22 10:07 pm). I have my order and I asked did they get what I ordered. When I pulled up to the window I asked didthey get the order.. And of course she didn't get everything I ordered. So I repeated it. I pay for the things and then I hear acook bring the first things up and she said if they don't order at the speaker they don't get it. I informed her that it wasn'tmy fault that she didn't hear me. She continues to have an attitude. I ask the girl is she a Manager she said yes. I asked hername and she looked scared and closed the window. I see her bringing the next order and looks at me with an attitude. I askedagain what's her name with no response. I pull off. I'm the parking lot I see an employee and ask what's the managers name andhe said Michelle. Wow. I've been in the restaurant business for over 30 years managing them. I'm appalled how this went.Especially since I just got done working an 11 hour shift. Really was no excuse for this. Read more
Ordered steak fries and they gave me them with no steak twice. My mom ordered a chicken power bowl and they gave it to her with... no chicken. Everything was cold and the employees were very incompetent. Read more
Don't know how you sell this as a taco. Very disappointed. And this definitely isn't an XXL grilled stuff burrito. Couldn't even... take it back cause they closed as we were sitting in drive thru. At least tell someone. I could have gone somewhere else toeat. Read more

Go to Medinas Mexican restaurant instead of this over priced, slow, non nutritious establishment. The food is expensive, gross... and the workers constantly miss items when I go through the drive through. Seriously, go to a real Mexican restaurant and savemoney and time and get better food.
