I used to enjoy Sonics. But this was the WORST meal I've ever had. First of all I ordered onion rings and got tater tots. The... chicken was fried real hard and where the coating flaked off the meat looked gray. The tater tots where extremely COLD. The onlygood thing was the drink. EXTREMELY disappointed. This sonic is going down hill fast. The only person there who knows what she?s doing is Allissa. They do not care about their... customers or quality of food or drinks that go out. When it comes to food I?d rather go to McDonald?s. Drinks are okay if youwant a cup full of ice and a few sips of drink. They don?t pay people enough to care about their work which interns mean thecustomer don?t get quality items. Idk where you spend your money. But when you?re spending the money you work for anywhere youwant it to be up to standard. Read more
While at sonic my experience was below good. They forgot my chili cheese tots then I had to wait an extra 15 minutes just for... the tots. While I was waiting Alissa one of the car hops was outside cussing loudly and yelling about something while talking tosomeone in a car. My sister was in the car and I had to close my windows but we could still hear her vulgar mouth. Thankfullyanother carhop Jaycee checked up on me and was able to make sure I got my food and apologized for the inconvenience. Read more
Except for one or two employees, I was disappointed. Special prices aren't made clear on the menu or by most of the carhops,... with one or two notable exceptions. And, one of the cooks seems to have no idea that deep fried food doesn't mean the food issupposed to be deep fried all the way to the very middle. Anybody with any kind of dental work, dental problems, or just peoplewho don't want to have to chisel their popcorn chicken might want to skip this location. Read more
Well I went over today (Drive Though) to get a #1, Single burger with out cheese only, # 6 hotdog only, also I wanted a Large... order of Onion Rings. Did not want a meal, just what I order only, I was asked several time what to drink, told them no drink,Well I got a #1 burger with cheese. I got a small Onion Ring and the no hot dog at all, I got a drink it was water. Paid 9dollars and some change for this, Hamburger was Cold. Onions Rings were warm , I would not ever go back over their to eat again.Worst hamburger I think I ever had. The guy taking the order needs to be replaced and given a hearing test. Really disgustedwith Sonic, use to be really good, really gone down hill in my opinion. Read more
We tried ordering two large ice waters with extra ice and a regular cheese coney the first two times. They never completed order... so that we could pay at the booth. So we tried the drive thru. By the time we got to order we had changed our minds and orderedtwo large ice waters with extra ice and two crispy chicken sandwiches. The person taking the order asked us to wait. Thensomeone else got on to take our order so we repeated it three times. He said he couldn't understand us. So my husband said fineand we left. This service in my opinion is unacceptable. We will never go back to this sonic again and we will let our familyknow about this poor service as well. Read more
