This is the worst McDonald's on the planet, comma no matter how slow they are or or what time of day it is, expect to spend at... least 15 minutes in line waiting before they tell you that what you ordered isn't available.. Their machines are either neverworking or they're out of cups or they're out of buns or they're out of something. Unfortunately I end up going hereoccasionally and have never been anything but disappointed. Update. I gave them another try and sat at the order console for 12minutes without ever even getting to put in my order. Total of 20 minutes in line before I left. Corporate needs to fireeveryone at this location and start fresh. Still a trash location with terrible service if you even get service. Read more
This morning , I was taking my fiancé to work when we stopped at this location to grab a bite to eat . I don?t typically eat... mcdonald?s due to other reasons but we were hungry . We pulled up to the opposite window since we were in a hurry as there was acar already at the first one . We sat there for about 10 mins and no one came over the intercom . There was another car thatpulled up to the first one and she had no answer either . We both ended up pulling off but before we stopped and asked if theywere open and the guy responded and said yes . We asked if they were taking orders over the intercoms and the guy at the windowsaid ? i can?t hear you ? after we asked multiple times and he answered the first question so obviously could hear . We thenpulled off . Will NEVER be going back here . I?ve had my own experiences but this was the one to really do it for me . Read more
I placed a mobile order way before we got there and it took over 20 minutes to get it once we arrived, it was 3 simple items. It... should of been ready when we got there. Most likely not doing a mobile order here again. I do appreciate the freebies we gotonce we finally got our order, since it took a while and the person gave us a sincere apology which I appreciate. I?ve gone back twice with my friend after having two different orders around $40 dollars each be wrong. Both times occurrence... she got her food delivered by door dash. If it was one or two items forgotten that wouldn?t be a big deal. But the first timeover half of her food was missing, and she ordered four apple pies and was given cherry pies instead. Along with all the extrasauces she asked for not being put in the bag. In total she paid for about $40 worth of food and only received about $10 of if.After showing up we spoke to a manager and she looked upset and went to fix her order without even checking to make sure weweren?t lying. Which already told us we weren?t the first to come in with wrong orders. The second time I was going to get amilkshake in person when she came to get her order fixed. Again a large portion of what she ordered was missing. The managerchecked inside the back to see what was missing. Had them remake everything on the receipt and gave it to her. They even paidfor my milkshake even though I said I would still pay. So what I?m seeing is someone there is making a lot of mistakes with ourorders. I don?t know if it?s been dealt with now since I forgot to review this place when this happened. But if it happens againI?ll be adding the experience onto this review. Read more
Ordered a DoorDash from here, didn?t take long to receive which was nice - however the order was all sorts of messed up. I... ordered a meal, extra fries, 6 sauces, 2 cookies, and 2 apple pies. I got my meal, 4 sauces, and two cherry pies. This wasit. I had to drive to the McDonalds to get my order corrected. The lady who helped me didn?t seem in the best of moods howevershe handled my situation quickly and even threw a few extra cookies into my bag! 1 star for the original order, but I?ll put 3as a thank you to the lady who helped me out! Bought a new house in North Augusta, South Carolina and was pleased to see so many close restaurants with a few miles. Waited over 38 mins for my food. It was undercooked. My burger still being pink. The older women teller inside was rude from the... beginning. We were the first inside the restraunt before the rush and we were the last out the doors after all because of howlong my 2 meals and 1 kids meal took.The manager stood making fries and helping bag drive thru orders instead of helping theoverwhelmed high school student deal with 9 unhappy customers standing at her counter. Awful staff, beside for the young ladylearning and doing her best she can with poor support from her team. She deserves a raise while the older staff and managmentneed more training. Read more
