STOP DELETING UNFAVORABLE REVIEWS! Again...not 1, not 2, but on 3 separate visits within 48hrs, NO KRYSTALS WERE READY, @7:30a &... 11a the same day & also 10:30p the following day. Yesterday, @7:15a ABSOLUTELY NO ONE answered the speaker, but this is a 24 hrlocation...??? I'll say it again...this Krystal is poorly managed & CORPORATE needs to intervene. Food was cold and we were the ONLY two customers!! The kitchen staff took NO pride in their work!. The buns, the meat the... onions, the pickles and the condiments were all over the place except where it belonged. This is my 4th encounter with Krystalthat was a total fail! NO MORE!! Read more
Sign states dining room is open, but never is. And for some reason cost of food is up by 25%. A #1 is almost $2 more than from... last year. Saw and smelled an employee doing pot outside. Read more
There's a BIG sign in the window that says "OPEN 24/7". And at 7:05pm Sunday evening there was another paper sign on the... speaker at the drive thru that said "OPEN BACK UP AT 9PM". Really??!! Read more
The sign stated that the dining room was open. I went in at around 6pm and was very rudely told that the dining room was closed.... Also, the restaurant smelled and looked filthy. I took my business elsewhere because of the rudeness of the employees. If theemployee had politely told me that the dining room was closed (even though the sign stated otherwise), I would?ve simply gotinto the drive-thru and ordered. They had no customer at the time so their rudeness wasn?t due to being busy. This restaurantobviously needs better management. They also need to clean their building. This used to be a great place to eat. However, lately they either tell you in the drive thru that it?s a 20 min wait because... they are in the middle of shift change(with only two cars parked in the parking lot) or their dinning room is closed with doorslocked. The sign simply stated dinning room open from 8am -8pm. Do better Krystals this is TWICE in two separate weeks you?velost business. Read more
