Food was cold and we were the ONLY two customers!! The kitchen staff took NO pride in their work!. The buns, the meat the... onions, the pickles and the condiments were all over the place except where it belonged. This is my 4th encounter with Krystalthat was a total fail! NO MORE!! Read more

This used to be a great place to eat. However, lately they either tell you in the drive thru that it?s a 20 min wait because... they are in the middle of shift change(with only two cars parked in the parking lot) or their dinning room is closed with doorslocked.
