Chicken from here used to be delicious 20 year ago. Trying to figure out of all KFC have gotten this bad or if it's just this... one. Chicken was just icky. Old and super greasy. Mac and cheese was like microwave quality. They messed up our side itemsbut that was minor compared to this gross chicken. It's clear why there were a bunch of cars at Wife Saver across the streetbut none at KFC. Basically, skip this and go to Wife Saver. They've forgotten how to make good fried chicken. Big order on a Friday night, order was complete and was kept informed on what was happening while waiting.
I went to KFC on Wednesday (9/21/22) at 7:47pm I ordered the 16pc mixed family meal and an 8pc mixed when I was informed they... didn't have enough chicken to fix a 12pc or an 8pc. I asked if they were still cooking chicken and I was told they only cookfor people who are willing to wait for chicken to cook. I wanted 24pcs of chicken and I was willing to wait for fresh chickenbut they had no intention of cooking any chicken. The cashier was rude and the manager was no where to be found. The lot lightswere off and the menu board wasn't lit up they didn't even offer to turn them on when I said I couldn't see the menu I used thelight from my cell phone. They didn't have any other customers and they should have been able to fill my order with no probleminstead I ended up going to Tacobell and I spent $86. I will never go back to this restaurant and I am telling everyone Iknow not to go there either. Read more

My last 4 visits did NOT get what I ordered. Ask for cole slaw,got mashed potatoes 3 times, asked for dark meat, got white and... dark. Ask for crispe. Was told it would be a 20 to 25 minute waite. Got there every time at 1130 am when they open up forbusiness I would give it a minus of 10 stairs if I could. But this was my last time going there. I go pass Bojorquez, WifeSafer, for KFC. I will now go to one of the other places to get chicken. SORRY KFC. Read more
At first, it was going to be three stars. The first time I went, I got the breast with a side, a drink and cookie. The chicken... was fresh and hot. However, the young lady for got to give me a fork and napkins. And on top of that, thank God I just so happento look at my receipt and saw she charged me for the wrong order. After I got off, I went back and went inside. I got my mealfor free while the assistant manager was trying to persuade me to come work for them. Wasn?t expecting my new for free. So thankyou. This is the 2nd time recently that Kentucky had been out of chicken on a Sunday after church. 12:20. They said it would take 30... minutes to cook more chicken. They should be more prepared ! Read more
