I've had my bad experiences with this North Augusta Cold Stone. Its a really good franchise when it comes to everything being... fresh and stuff. In this store its the management. As you can tell by the replies to this review section he is very snarky andjust a straight a hole. Its so sad that a store with such potential is run the way it is.
