I usually order from this location if not once a week at least once every two weeks. This is is the second time in a row I have... ordered from here and they through the food together sloppy and also drenched both burrito bowls in hot salsa which I didn'torder on my order at all. The order was two identical burrito bowls with steak (extra portions) and neither of them were that ofwhich I was charged for or that I ordered. I also ordered a large queso cheese dip with chips and the size that was provided wasthat of a small or regular I suppose but not a large by far. Also the chips were very stale as well. The bowls were filled tothe rim with white rice not brown rice that I ordered. But if I wanted an all white rice bowl this would have been the perfectgo to dish. However again this is not what I ordered paid for or expected from this reputable restaurant. Service is gettingworse slowly but surely over time. We were waiting with only one person in front of us.. however the manager did not speak pulled an order and was fixing the order... while we stood there. The young guy who waited in us was polite but I just felt as if her leadership was lacking with us.someone came in 5mins behind us and she greeted them as they walked in. Bad experience for a first time visit. Fellow nurse and myself ordered lunch online. Very excited and hungry. Went to pick up.... Wish I looked at this disgusting sight before coming back to work. It appears someone dipped into my coworkers food. Her and Ihave called at least 4 times. No answer. This is absolutely disgusting and we?ve both lost our appetite. Still attempting tocall. No answer. Only a robot. Says restaurant is busy. Weird because there was only 2 customers including myself. This isunacceptable to say the least. Back on the floor with a growling stomach.
