This place went downhill quickly. Last few times I wanted to order here phone was off the hook for hours. Today they were out of... 70% of my order, ordered sandwich extra pickles (no pickles), 2 slices (no pizza slices), white chocolate pie (they're out),pineapple cream cheese pie (also put of stock). What's worse the guy seemed perplexed by my irritation. Take the items off yourmenu if you don't wanna carry them. Seemed more like an attitude issue than a supply issue (which the world is experiencing).The worse part is my wife and I like their food (eggplant Parm is awesome)and normally experience a nice lady at the front.Please do better.!!! I have been coming to this place for ever for many years. I have moved and travelled to all around SC and nothing else so far... competes with the value and the quality of food you are presented with. I advise everyone who drives past this shopping centerto pay attention and give them a visit. We are in a pandemic?WRAP FOOD before you hand a to go order to a customer! I could not believe my eyes. (A fresh cooked... Stromboli just placed in a bag unwrapped and uncovered on top of the subs!). Also one sandwich was not correct. And whoevertakes orders over the phone acted like they?re being bothered. I am really curious to know how much of their menu comes straight out of a can. First time ordering their extra crispy ... ?neopolitan? pizza see pictures for yourself. The rest of the food was undercooked and bland. When I tried to resolve all myissues with their online order which included waiting over an hour and a half for my food and missing items I was told if I?mnot happy to bring back the undercooked food and they will finish cooking it for me. The pizza slices were mediocre and rubbery. The antipasto salad was absolutely amazing. And the fettuccine was out of the can... and Warmed up in the microwave tasting. Coming from the west coast (california) the Italians down there are a lot better attheir presentation, and far from palate seducing mediocrity. Next! Read more

Been going on Thursday nights for the past couple of years. You will have a hard time in trying to find a better spaghetti... sauce. Service is great...would give Anna 6 stars if it would let me. If you are looking for atmosphere you may not be happy dueto the basic look. However, the food is just fantastic! My favorite eatery....period! Read more
