I went today to get food and was missing one item, I was asked if I had a receipt after I discarding the bag I realized I was... missing a sandwich, the manager it seems an older man told me there was nothing he could do without one which at any place I'vebeen to they never asked me for a receipt the minimal times it has happened at any fast food chain, I will not be going back tothis dunkin anytime soon the crew is fine but the manager seems like he needs customer service training Read more
Coffee seems to be getting weaker and weaker, and the added flavoring is never enough, always skimpy!! Pay more getting less!!
The sandwiches are good but i get two coffees every time, the same order. My large regular is always okay but my girlfriends... more complex order is never made properly. Maybe once a week it comes out correct. This one is on my way to work so I go to this one the most. My orders are almost always correct, the wait times aren?t too bad... and the staff are pretty friendly. Way better than the dunks closest to my house. Read more

Seems this location has the highest prices, and coffee is not made the same from shift to shift. Although most of the employees... are friendly and attentive towards your needs. You're order still gets messed up. I actually started going to the RT 140location. ???? Read more
I went into this Dunkin and all of the employees were not wearing their mask correctly including the manager. He was wearing his... mask around his chin. I find that very unsafe considering they are allowing customers in the store and they are making drinksand food for customers. I had ordered a drink and when I got home I noticed it was wrong. I had even put up two fingers to helpvisual how many sugars I wanted in my drink. There was also 5 employees that walked by the counter before someone had told methey would be with me in a moment. I always have great experiences at this Dunkin and go out of my way to come to this exact location. Honestly, you can make... mistakes or you can forget things, and I honestly have still have so much appreciation for these employees because I know howhard they work, but when you throw a toddler tantrum in front of me at the window because you forgot to give me the ice water Iordered with the rest of my order, and have to have your supervisor come over and calm you down after your little poutfulstatement of "I can't do this anymore" , then maybe you need to be at home taking a nap and not do it anymore. Completelyunacceptable way of acting in front of a paying and patient customer on your mistake. Still, I even said thank you after handingme my water, and you ignored me with that bitter distasteful look on your face. I hope your day went on to be better than youprobably deserve. Read more
