Love the factory. Mario knows how to take care of his guests. Served with excellence every time and if it's not they will always... make it right for you. They don't nickel and dime you here. Been going here for 20 years. The rewards program is confusing andthere not promoting it enough. No straight answers on how it works. Maybe have a class and educate your staff how the rewardswork. I want to bring the average rating up with a real review. I ordered a margherita pizza and it wasphenomenal! The sauce was on the sweeter side, and it had a crispy crust rather than soft and doughy.
