I've been going to this place for over 5years and have always been impressed with their speed and quality of food. This place... is always well lit and clean, will keep going back. Ordered from here twice - the first time I ordered a buffalo chicken sub that came with no buffalo sauce, not great. I heard... good things about their roast beef so I decided to give them a second chance. I ordered a Roast beef sandwich with cheese andextra BBQ sauce.I received a plain roast beef sandwich with absolutely nothing on it. Anyone who enjoys beefs knows that this isbasically inedible. I called and nicely asked for a refund but they refused to give me my money back. Instead they wanted me todrive back 15 minutes to pick-up a slice of cheese and a side of BBQ sauce. Told me "next time just tell me what you want!" - Idon't even know what that is supposed to mean, as my order was correct on the ticket and I clearly stated that I wanted arefund. Good subs, steak tips and salads.They make a good roast beef 3way too. I do like their chicken bomb with feta, its really good.... Their steak tip salad is pretty awesome. Ive had their subs and some of their dinner plates and all are good. Im picky on mypizza and its the only reason they dont get 5 stars also their not open on sundays which on the weekend is when i would buy froman establishment such as this, but I respect their decision. I used to love eating the food from here, but lately it has not been good. I?ve worked in a restaurant before and I can tell... just by looking at the chicken tenders and the onion rings that the oil DOES NOT get changed as frequently as it should. Acustomer should NEVER get served onion rings that look like this. Awful. Read more
