This place used to be good. The workers are rude and negative. I stood in line behind 2 people. 15 minutes. I get 30 minutes for... lunch. And 15 minutes went by and the jerk was just starting to work on his lunch. I got yelled at by the rude worker. I leftbecause I can't go and spend any longer waiting in line for lunch. After I left I went across the water to tres nines tacos.Where the food was fast and they great the staff was friendly. Owner refuses to take coupon then lies about the terms of the coupon. Inside is also in pretty terrible shape.

This is a great place to eat if you like bread sandwiches because that's all you're going to get. I'm sorry, but two paper-thin... slices of meat on a roll does not a grinder make; do yourself a favor and drive straight past this pathetic excuse for asandwich shop, take a right past the red light and go to Angelina's for a REAL grinder (for less money too). Something has changed for the negative at this Subway in the last 6-7 months (guess-timate). We frequent this location every... 2-3 weeks and my family typically orders the same thing each time. During the last 6-7 visits, not a single order has beencorrect. We place the order online then pick it up at the shop. We pay to add guacamole and then when we open up the sandwichat home (about 20 miles away), there's no guacamole. We pay for extra meat - nothing extra. Order no olives - loaded witholives. Order tuna melt - it's a regular 6-inch tuna sub. We always order three sandwiches and of the three, at least one -often two - has glaring errors. Each time we think, "This isn't hard. We'll give them one more chance to just follow theordered ingredient list." I know that there's a very bad customer service problem in the Berkshires; workers don't seem to careabout mistakes. This has been a problem for years and has gotten significantly worse since the pandemic. Until now, Subway hasbucked the Berkshires bad service trend. Yes, we could complain to the shop and maybe get some sort of coupon for a free sub ortwo, but I fear employee repercussions on my food. I never complain. I just stop going to the location. I am notalone. Hopefully whoever runs this shop hires people who can follow a simple order and put the right ingredients on a sub. They've lost my family's business. I gave them more than enough chances. Maybe they'll do something to stop losing otherpeoples' business, too. Read more

Super clean and friendly. FANTASTIC subs, by far the BEST Subway I have ever been to. Great experience!
