I'm not sure what the deal was but I stopped by after getting a hair cut with my kid and ordered pot stickers (which were fine)... chicken lettuce wraps and beef stir fry with scallions and onions... I have literally never left a 1 star ever, but this wasactually gross. And I don't mean like "oh shut up and just eat it" bad... like. I actually had to spit out the beef. It didn'teven have the consistency of beef. It was a white meat?! The lettuce wraps were just mushyness and tasted like it has beenmicrowaved to many times.. The lettuce was fresh at least. I hate to leave small businesses bad reviews but come on man, tightenup. And throw away the microwave...I leave this review in hopes they listen... and don't go out of business Read more
We have been ordering from here for a few months now. Never disappointed! The homemade pork dumplings are amazing. Shrimp fried... rice is always fresh and delicious. This was my first and last time. Ordered 4 wings for $8. To my surprise, they WERE WING DINGS. SO I RECEIVED TWO LITTLE DRUM... STICKS AND TWO FLATS/WINGETTE FOR $8....HIGHWAY ROBBERY! Ordered tso chicken, Sweet and sour chicken and a small tub of fried rice. Was not told the price over the phone?when the lady... at the front desk finally got off the phone to take my payment, I realized it was $48 for 2 small meals. I reluctantly paid andfigured the price might be worth it. General tso chicken was unbelievably spicy, without a doubt the spiciest general tso Icould imagine. Couldn?t take more than 3 bites, and the Sweet and sour chicken looked like it came out of a box and had veryfew vegetables with it. Worst Chinese I?ve had while also being the most expensive. Food was excellent and came out to our table very fast. Each dish had its own flavor and was delicious. The menu had a lot of... variety beyond traditional Americanized Chinese food so branch out and try something new when you're here. We'll be back tosample a few more dishes. Read more
I have been craving Szechuan cuisine and it is always such a hike to go to Philly. So happy that I found this gem of a... restaurant near me. I enjoyed their mala dry pot and mapo tofu ????? Our server was so kind and efficient. Will be coming backagain! Read more
