I took a bite of my sandwich and look at what I pulled out! A piece of paper! Attached to the cheese! It just makes me so upset... because 2 people literally made my sandwich. And they didn?t see this. I will not be going back! Read more

The food was ready in 10 min. Great, but had to wait 15 min to pick it up with just 1 other customer. 4 orders were just sitting... there. Will rethink the 10% tip. Read more

They messed up our order today and forgot some of our sandwiches. Accidents happen but it was still annoying and we felt that... they should have comped our whole order. My coworker was distraught about it and had to drive to the store even though we paid abig delivery fee. My sandwich wasn't that good, was it supposed to be cold or hot? I still don't know. And where did they getthat bread? From the bread museum? Read more

I used the online ordering service in order to save a little time. I arrived 25 minutes later after driving over. The shop had... not even started my order. After another 20 minutes I finally got my order. The food is always good. But order in the shop andget your order quick. They don't seem to have enough employees to handle online and in-person orders. Edit: To Owner, Yousuggested I contact you, but I have no contact details. Read more

I was so excited to finally try Potbelly after being in America for quite some time now. Everybody at my work kept praising the... sandwiches from potbelly, so i finally gave it a try. It was horrible. Well, not that horrible, but there are definitely betterplaces to go to. I ordered "A Wreck", and it came with so little slices of meat. There was also barely any cheese in it, and nolettuce. For the price of $12, i thought I would get a footlong that is stuffed with ingredients, but no. I am extremelydisatisfied. Subway is definitely the number one fast food sandwich shop, for their variety of ingredients, and condiments(andno i do not work for subway, so this review has no bias in it). HOWEVER, one thing I did like were their shakes. I loved theshakes. Read more

I came to potbelly today and bought a sandwich. Once I opened my sandwich at home noticed the biggest hair hanging from my... sandwich. You could only imagine how frustrating it is to pay for food and to be given to you with someone?s hair. So I calledthe store and asked to speak to a manager I was told to hand on. Someone else pick up and informed them of the situation. Hetold me he was not the manager and he didn?t care if I called cooperate office and that no one their had long hair. So the rudepotbelly employee hung up. Once again I asked for a manager not him or his rudenesses. Bad customer service this location has.Lost my friends and family business. This happens on 06/05/22. Call was made at 4:48pm. Both employees refused to give managersname or store number . Read more

Two weeks ago, this was the place I decided to eat out (other than work) for the first time since March 2020 and it couldn't... have gone better. The Farmhouse salad was massive and tasty (as usual), the IBC root beer was - well - IBC root beer, and I wasable to find a corner in the storefront so that any nerves about social distancing were nonexistent. One of the better-runPotbelly stores in terms of counter customer service as well. Read more

We have had some really great service here and some not so great service here. We usually order the Wreck, but, came here... recently to try the turducken sandwich (available for a limited time, I believe until the end of the year).  A sandwich thatconsists of turkey, duck, and chicken with cornbread stuffing, topped with cheddar (you can substitute provolone or swiss)cranberry honey sauce, mayo and italian seasoning (640 colories). The sandwich itself was very tasty, mainly because of thecranberry honey sauce, the meat was sparce and I could not honestly taste any of the turkey, duck or chicken.  I even asked forthe dressing to be light so I could enjoy the meat combination, but sadly, I didn't. Service was slow and the location wasrelatively empty. After I paid, I noticed a chalkboard sign that said buy 1 sandwich get 1 cookie free.  Minimum 20 S.  Iasked the cashier how come I didn't get my free cookie and she at first didn't know what I was talking about, I pointed out thesign and she then said it didn't start yet although the sign clearly said from 11/1/18 to 12/31/18.  She then said it was aminimum of 20 sandwiches, not 20 dollars.  I told her that the sign was misleading and she agreed.  She asked the manager andshe gave me a free cookie, I told here that she should change the sign. Potbelly is a relatively healthy alternative to fastfood chains and ingredients are always fresh. Read more
