1st incident: Online ordering with specifying a time is pointless. Requested order to be ready by 4.30. Arrived a few minutes... early. It's now almost 5p. Half hour late. Seriously?! Why take my order for that time and not have it ready? Antiquatedtechnology, people or leadership. Maybe all three. If you make a promise, keep it. 2nd incident and never going back: Irequested curbside. My order was supposed to be ready by 5:15p. I arrived around 5:24p and clicked "I am here" for pickup. Afterwaiting almost 10 minutes, I called the location. The lady who answered the phone said they would bring it right out. Afterwaiting an additional 5 minutes, I went into the location. The lady said she was going to call me but had to deal with othercustomers and it was an additional 7 minute wait. I waited almost another 15 minutes. This was a terrible experience and the $4tip I gave online was the most undeserving tip I have ever given. I will most definitely never return to this location. Read more

I used to love pizza hut so I went and spent extra for grubhub to deliver. I'm currently pretty sure I just had a digiorno... frozen pizza delivered in a pizza hut box. It clearly looked like a frozen pizza too. Just DO NOT waste your money like I justdid. Go ANYWHERE else. Read more

Get the order correct. Order was for a hand tossed crust, but received a pan crust instead. Verified it through the app and... receipt so it was a mistake from the store. Updated: Aug 20, 2022 Ordered one pizza with pepperoni and bacon. Got a pepperonipizza but NO bacon. It wasn't complicated. Two toppings - that's it! Read more

I paid almost almost $50 for two large 14? pizzas, one thin crust cheese and a stuffed crust with 3-1/2 toppings. The stuffed... crust area is 2? wide so the area with actual toppings is equally to a 10? pizza. That?s ridiculous for the price. Read more

My order was not correct, that is the only reason I did not give 5 stars. I will say the young woman who took my order was new,... and she was nervous as we had special requests, but she did the best she could. The reason I am giving 4 stars, however, wasbecause the other young woman, the manager, handled the situation very well. She was completely professional, and seemed to begenuinely apologetic for the mix up, that, coupled with her calmness and understanding and compassion for her fellow employeewas awesome!!! Professionalism at it's finest. Something very rarely seen in big chain restaurants. Wish I would have caught hername so I could post it here, but I was there on Tuesday night at around 7p.m on May 17 Read more

No idea why they haven't opened up this place back to a regular dine in. It was a good pizza spot with TVs and great... waitors/waitresses before the pandemic. You can still sit and eat inside but there's honestly no point to. It should strictlyjust be take out. I decided to dine in because my kids were really hungry and we just needed a quick bite. The floors were verydirty as if there was salt and mud from the winter snow, and there's only 2 workers. You order your food and everything isbrought out in to go containers at the register and if you're lucky they'll have some paper plates. Bathrooms were not clean.Wanted to order more food but from the way the place looked I just ordered a small cheese pizza which was ok. Read more

Disclaimer: This happened Friday evening during March Madness. Ordered at 5:30, received an email saying order should be ready... and delivered curbside by 5:50. We waited till 6:05 because we understand things can get busy so we gave them the benefit of thedoubt. I finally decided to walk in and ask about my order. The girl in front was genuinely confused. It took her a total of 15min to finally tell me that my order was missing (or wasn?t even started?) During this time, she was asking the kitchen if theyknew what happened with the order. But hey, things happen. I get that. Since the kitchen was busy already, I figured theeasiest thing to do would be to ask for a refund and be on my way out. Getting the refund took another 30 min. Despite alreadyestablishing that something went wrong, they continued to try to figure out what happened and who was responsible for whatinstead of giving the refund and servicing the growing line of disgruntled people behind me. After 30 min, the manager finallycomes out to provide me my refund. Simply put, this could?ve been a quick process and I could?ve been out of the store within15 min. That would have been reasonable. But to wait for almost an hour just to get an answer seems like a bad joke. TLDR:Pizza Hut never had my order and made me wait 45 min to get a refund. Read more
