Food was ok as usual fresh and good looking, tasty breakfast and omelettes. The service sometimes very friendly sometimes weird... and some other time very unfriendly like yesterday. If you don't like to be a server please don't work as a server. If you don'tmake your customers feel welcome the food can be awesome but is gonna taste bad with a bad attitude from the servers. I have baddays too but i never get it out to my coworkers or even worse to my customers, we customers make your paycheck possible. Don'tforget that!! Read more
Saturday, November 19th at 7pm Went here for my sisters 16th birthday. Had about 10 people show up at 7pm. Immediately the two... women working there were VISIBLY upset by our presence. My dad didn?t make a reservation so I?ll give them the fact we were abig group.. but it was 7pm on a Saturday and the restaurant was pretty much dead. We had to pull our own tables together,literally walk around to find menus. Took the girls about 20 mins to finally have one approach us and literally greet us for thefirst time. They were hiding in the back and we could see them arguing over who was going to take us. Felt pretty unwelcome andit?s absolutely unacceptable. Got our food, and that was probably the only good part. Except she forgot a side of bacon and mygrandma had to get up and search for silverware as well.. Also, told my sister there was no ice cream for shakes but theproceeded to bring a scoop of ice cream to sing to my sister. Overall 2/10 and if anyone ever is to say they plan to come tothis location I will strongly advise them not to. Shame on these women for acting the way they did. Read more
No complaints at all. The food was delicious! We had a very good meal. The pancakes are light and fluffy and very filling. Love... going to IHOP any chance I get. Our server was very helpful and made the evening great. The place is so busy all the time, butthey move people fast. Really impressed with their teamwork and the food was great! A family of 5 arrived there for early morning breakfast @730am. Was immediately seated, maybe 12 people there already. Waitress... arrived to table 5 minutes later. Ordered drinks- tea/coffee- came out 15 minutes later- Coffee was cold. Tea water kettle haddirty water- particles floating. Food arrived- 2 of us never got all of ours , the kids sent theres back because the pancakeswere cold. 1 guy was particularly begging for his ticket to cash out- food never came- paying for the coffee/ juice. 2 othercouple got up and left because waitress never came back after being seated. Not sure if waitress was new or just having a badday. There was only 1 other table with party of 6 she was serving- business men- she spent most of her time there and they wereeating and seem to be enjoying their meals. Read more

After ordering my breakfast to go and left a tip had to throw that in there wish I could take it back now. I got home to the... order not being complete. When I returned back to the store they only charged me for 1 Sampler instead of 2 and I clearly said 2but I stated it was a honest mistake can I get my other order please after they made it seem like it was my fault. Then when Iasked for my food to be recooked because its 19 degrees outside and the food was most likely cold they couldn't recook my orderbut they would put it under there warming area. Again I was nice enough to say ok and not complain and not be a guy Karen. Thenwhen checking out I said I will just give my wife the hot breakfast and not the cold one. Norma who messed up my order repliedthey are both hot and giggled. Wait it's not over I get home and I clearly stated eggs over easy and what do I see when I openthe container SCRAMBLED EGGS!!!! Now I'm at home frying my own eggs over easy. Worst service I experienced from IHOP in a longtime. If your going to hire workers please make sure they speak English and understand it too because there was clearly acommunication problem . This will definitely be my last visit to that IHOP. Read more
