Worst experience at this Chipotle. To begin they were so stingy with the portions not worth the $10 for a bowl. Cleanliness was... not the greatest. Their attitude was the worst especially the girl in the evening shift at the cashier. If you don?t like yourjob change it. I hope it changes for now I rather drive to touhy than go here ever again. I typically don?t write reviews but I had to in regards to today?s experience. I understand the the employees were busy making... other online orders but I was the only person in line at 11am and the customer service was horrible? staff was really rude, oneof the employees messed up my order and also almost put the wrong topping when I clearly told him what I wanted. Their cardsystem wasn?t working, they didn?t bother to apologize and didn?t even say thank you or have a nice day just gave me a dirtylook?.also their Coca Cola didn?t not taste like coke at all. Okay first let me just say. I love Chipotle. But this location, damn! The staff are just soo rude! They don't even bother... looking at you. They're dismissive and always rushing, I mean I get it they have a line and just want to get it done, but theydon't have to be rude about it. Gloves were not changed too. Staff switches station, with every person ordering- I don'tunderstand that. Like sorry did we annoy you that you had to switch over. Portions were very little as well. Definitely notcoming back to this location. This locations sucks! And that's sad because We chipotle. And you think they'll change something,after having so many bad reviews... this is a 0 rating. If i could give this location 0 stars I would. Hated this experience my food had hair in it and the cashier was picking her ears... and grabbing food with out washing her hands! So disgusting!! I didn?t catch her name but she was a short thin girl with a ponytail. I was at this location 7:49 pm today there was no rush and the employees up front seemed like they HATED their job.Horrible customer service and food was not so good! I don?t think ill be coming back soon at all. I cut my burrito in half andit had two stands of hair in it. The chips tasted stale as well and drinks were room temperature. Good food, but most chipotle locations give me little meat every time. WTH! They even charge me little if I ask some extra... chicken. Seriously? Chipotle is more ripped off. Please go to the Brazilian Bowl because they will give you a big one! Read more
