Beware: if you go inside you have to wait for all the delivery service orders to go out before you can get your order. Starbucks... is good, this is no exception. I do not like waiting for 20 minutes while five or six people walk into the store to pick updelivery service orders. It is easy to get in and out of the parking lot. Read more

Very very quick with getting our drinks done, plus the pride flags add an awesome atmosphere!
I put in a mobile order for an iced caramel macchiato with extra caramel drizzle and when I picked it up there was barely any... caramel drizzle in the bottom, so I asked if they wouldn't mind adding a little bit more for me and the girl told me no. I'm notone to be upset with customer service easily, but it's pretty frustrating to pay $6 for a drink and then be told no when I askfor the customization that wasn't followed to be corrected. Can not ever get my simple drink right, that is on the menu. Nothing special except adding cold cream on top. Every other... Starbucks can but not this one. Even when it's sent back to be fixed, almost everytime. Wouldn't be a big deal but it's $6 for asmall drink. Should be able to get what I'm ordering made right. !!Again changed my type of drink, thinking it may be easierfor them. Still can not make it the way every other one does. So I get that online orders are first but we walked in there was no one in line ordered and waited for 26 mins for 1 drink and... asked for extra Carmel and paid for it and I'll let the pic explain...will not be coming back to this location!! Read more

This store is never properly staffed. The staff work really hard but are mismanaged. Today a pick up order for 9:02 had the food... ready but no drink so by the time the drink is done at 9:20 the food is cold. It's like this more often than not lately and itmakes me think twice before going here before work. The vibe is also hostile because of the amount of customers waiting onmobile orders shooting daggers at the staff. It's really unfair they are put in this position. Read more
