Always, always, always messes up my double tall no foam soy latte. They always put foam which deflates immediately because it is... next to impossible to foam soy and the latte is therefore always half full, which is why I always ask for no foam. I go through the drive thru and order a skinny iced Carmel macchiato, same thing I always get and the barrista says she can?t... make that and makes something similar. No big deal Idc at all. But now 3 hours later I?m having severe tachycardia and my heartis beating out of my chest. Come here often. Usually no problems. I get the same thing. A drink on the menu, nothing special but I add sweet FOAM on the... top. Politely told them they missed the sweet cream foam on the top. Instead the put a splash of sweet cream in it. They triedto fix it. They did not and made my entire coffee sweet cream and said nothing when handing it back. These drinks areexspensive. So yes I will be sending them back when not made correctly. It is fine to make a mistake. Just fix it correctly andbe polite about your mistake. Not hard and nothing to be embarrassed or rude about. Drive thru was fast and easy, person taking order listened and was easy to hear. There was a long line but it moved quickly and... I wasn't waiting long enough to notice. My drink was exactly what I wanted, hot, and perfectly made. Consistency is key and theynailed it. Thanks! Read more
