Just edible at best, and the worst service! Don't use curbside pickup because they'll never bring it out and when you get tired... of waiting and go in it won't even be started. Then you'll be treated like you don't matter when you ask for your order you paidfor. There for a while all the staff was on some kind of drugs. I've been there too many times and for bad service each time.Not a good store. I recommend anywhere else but this place. I know I won't be going back unless there's no other choice. Read more
After ordering on the app, I came to this location. I parked in the curbside spot and waited on my food for 30 MINUTES. Since... that wasn't working, I went through the drive thru. It took me another 30 minutes to get to the speaker...There was only 4 carsin front of me. When I explained to them that I had a curbside order and had not received my food in almost an hour, they toldme they had thrown it out. I understood this since I had left the curbside spot, but they were extremely rude to me, as thoughit was my fault that I had left the spot after waiting 30 MINUTES. Read more
I just ordered a 10 piece nugget and a large fry I asked them to make my food fresh they didn?t even acknowledge that I said... that. Got to the window got my food the fries were barely warm and then when I got home and opened my nuggets only had ninenuggets. It?s really annoying when I?m not getting what I paid for. On top of that I tried calling them to tell them this and mycall went to voicemail somehow so looks to me like they won?t even take their complaints. Ridiculous. Wish I'd looked at the reviews before, seems not getting your paid for curbside order is a common occurrence at this mcdonalds.... The exact same thing happened to us last night. We ordered curbside and were charged but no one ever brought the food out. Wetried going inside but the doors were locked and the drive thru was super long.
