Debb has been @ this location for only 3 days and as soon as I walked in I felt her warmth and love. Very genuine and great... hospitality and communication a good person that you have on your team wish the best for her. I am from Okc visiting Norman, soit feels good to get that love. Read more

When it's open, the food is great for this area. Used to go there all the time. Now they're just never open. I do know they're... desperately looking for staff. Even managers. Maybe franchise needs to incentivise for employment at this location? Read more

IF they're actually open at night, there always seems to be something they don't have or can't make. Tries to order a munchie... meal combo, but they "aren't doing tacos" and wouldn't substitute for extra fries. This is the worst Jack in the Box out there. Read more

This location is absolutely terrible. Their hours are 6am - 12am, but we go by frequently to find no one answering the drive... thru and the lobby is closed. Today, for example, they open at 6am but were still not open at 930am even though there are staffinside. Called to ask and confirm hours, and was rudely told they'd be opening in 5 minutes. Asked again to confirm hours andwas again given a rude response. They are losing HOURS of business and this has been going on for a while. Someone needs to hirenew staff because this location is doing nothing but losing money and customers. Read more

Nothing against this location but it is rather annoying to have to sit for almost 10 minutes after placing an order to even move... forward in the line, and then another 5 minutes to get my card back when I paid. My trip which should have only taken around 5minutes was way to long and then they almost forgot some of my items. I can understand being understaffed but if you areunderstaffed to the point it takes that long to get an order why wouldn?t you just adjust your business hours to where you canhave the most employees available? The last 20 times I have tried to go into the lobby to place my order, the lobby has been closed with door locked.. Yesterday, I... saw a HUGE SIGN, "LOBBY NOW OPEN".. I walked to Wal-Mart and stopped at Jack in the box for something cold/frozen to drink forthe hot walk home.... BUT DOORS LOCKED- THE LOBBY NOT OPEN. NOT OPEN FOR EATING NOT OPEN FOR ORDERING!!!
