Waited about 45 mins in the drive through at 10:11 to 11:04 my fry?s were over saulted, cold and my cherry limeade was straight... carbonated lime. I called as the door are locked and was told 5 min going in the parking lot was told they closed. I was heading to the OU vs Kansas game this morning and stopped here for breakfast only. I ordered the biscuit and gravy with a... coffee all under $4. If you are looking for a quick, inexpensive no frills, hot breakfast with no server to tip this is theplace to go. If you are eating in, order at the counter. They also serve lunch and have a selection of different ice creamflavors. There is a small grocery located here too. A drive thru is also available. Our debit cards declined a few times, we asked if we could do a split payment, manager said no so we made 2 separate orders and... it worked. The employee ringing us up was very patient and understanding but the manager was visibly frustrated. I'm giving 4stars because everyone working in the restaurant was working diligently to provide service. Only thing I would recommendchanging is the manager's attitude from frustration to a solution-based mindset but I know this industry is very frustrating attimes and understand completely where she's coming from. Decent ice cream experience. When I?m in town I always try and get some Braun?s ice cream. Good stuff and I?ll be back.
I had a terrible experience the workers don't use hair nets or hats. The kitchen was very filthy and it seemed like ice cream... covered every surface. I was served at 10:20pm cst;however, that is no excuse for the deplorable conditions that I witnessed.The ice didn't even taste that great and the fast food was the equivalent of Jack and the box. Also the workers wereoverburdened and heavily labored. This was evident because as a medium sized group entered the store one worker exclaimed loudly"I know it's hard now but it won't be like this next week!". In conclusion BRAMS is deplorable and at best overrated. Read more
Breakfast bagel is very good. Quick for grab and go. Best Vanilla Bean ice cream money can buy!!! Love making our own cones at... home. Our favorite Braums in Norman. Clean, friendly staff. Market always stocked. Extra thick shakes our favorite! Read more
Pretty clean place and nice employees. My hamburger was dry no mustard no mayo no nothing. I didn't know I was supposed to tell... them I wanted all that but it was still good to eat. The cherry lime ade is awesomely refreshing. Read more
Been there a couple time usually pretty great but recently ever time I've gone with my friend we ask for no cheese since they're... allergic and they always seem not to listen and give us with cheese. Which is frustrating especially since we usually aren'table to afford ordering fast food for a while. Read more
