Yesterday, we went in for lunch. They got our orders wrong after us repeating it at the register. The manager was kind enough to... correct them, so, we thought we'd give them another try for breakfast. We asked at the drive-thru intercom what was in one ofthe omelettes 6 times. Each time, we were told to hang on or repeat the question and left hanging. There was only one personahead of us in the line and three cars in the parking lot, so, it wasnt as though they were slammed. We've learned our lesson atthis location. Never again. Read more
Waited what seemed like an eternity in line to get our food. We ordered a kids meal w 2 shakes and 1 combo. Waited forever to... get through the line of just 2 cars right before ordering. We've never had the experience of being spoken to so rudely by anemployee working the drive-thru. She was arguing with us over and over bc we wanted a mix with kids meal not a drink. We couldthrow the drink away, keep it but we wanted a small mix however the way we had to get it & pay full price for mix. Sheabsolutely would not do it. Finally, we had to find another way to word it. Ordered it normally then at the end of the orderstated we wanted a small mix. We live around the corner. Never had a problem here. We got her name bc she wasn't wearing a nametag at all. Please fix this confusion for future visits & make sure she wears a name tag. That could be a great way to beunprofessional to customers and get away with it. Her name is Sara. I?ll start off by saying I?m an Oklahoma girl, and I love Braum?s. Unfortunately, this location does not measure up. Went there... this evening (Thursday) to grab some dinner from the drive through. Got there at 5:32 (I know because i texted my husband). Theline was moving super slowly, and I should have quit while I was ahead. Ordered 2 meals and waited. And waited. And waited. Theyeventually gave me my drinks then ignored me. Finally, at 5:57 they had me ?pull around? so they could serve other customers.Didn?t leave until after 6. I was there for over 30 minutes when it wasn?t even busy. It was inexcusable. Read more
Worst location in Norman if not all of Oklahoma, orders consistently take longer than they should, are made poorly and more than... likely wrongly (if you have any modifications). I had an order they messed up that they told me to come back up to fix and theytold me I had the wrong location and acted like I was trying to get one over on them when I drove back up there. It's worth thedrive for either of the other 3 locations in Norman I promise. Read more
