My friend and I went here today and the 2 girls working were very rude. There was only 1 thing of pepperoni pretzel bites left,... and we both wanted them, but they weren?t fresh. We asked nicely for fresh ones and they agreed but they we?re not nice aboutit. We paid and they told us to come back in 7 minutes to pick up the fresh ones. There were no other customers around. Wewaited wayyy longer than 7 minutes. Once we got our order we saw that they were all burnt. I?ve added photos below. Althoughonly 2 pictures are included, ALL of the bites were burnt in both of our orders. By then, there were customers so we didn?t wantto be a bother. The pretzels are great, definitely holds up to the other locations I've been to.
Their pretzels are so tasty. Got the cinnamon and almond ones. When eaten hot and fresh they are amazing. Loved the staff here... as well. They were closing the store as it was a minute or two past their closing time but still were kind enough to notdisappoint us and served us the pretzels. Would definitely visit again! Read more
12/12/2020 - Drove across town 45 miles to taste and possibly place a large order as gift. Was sold a burnt pretzel. Taste was... ruined. Still tasting it as I type. Immediately took it back in and asked for unburned pretzels. Clerk was friendly and lookedat other pretzels but stated they were all burnt. A 50 pretzel order cost $150.00. I can drive to Dallas to Philly pretzels shopand get box of 50 pretzels for $25.00 and still save money. Philly pretzels is in top 10 of best pretzels list. Wanna guess whogets my business. Can't believe Auntie Anne is not exercising quality control on store products. Read more
I placed my order online. Went to Sooner Mall only to pick up the order. My pretzels were burnt on the bottom. Not just a little... either I had to pull the bottoms off & throw away! I love this place but very disappointed in todays order! I got 2 pretzels & 1order of the bites and every item was burnt. Read more
I got a garlic and Parmesan pretzel and my daughter got a regular pretzel. I sat in a vendor booth in front of the place for two... days and watched as there was a line almost all the time. The pretzels are awesome but I don't understand why there was a linethe entire time. It seems like it is a place that a lot of people love and especially in the Sooner Mall. Would go again. Read more
