I went to Arby's on Main St. Tonight and I ordered a Turkey Bacon Ranch on a Sub Roll. They got the Sub Bread part correct but... it had No Bacon or Ranch. I also asked for it with Swiss and to be Hot. It has American Cheese and it's Cold! I don't think theycould have messed it up any worse if they Tried!! Read more
Inedible garbage. Got three meals, food was old, gross, cold, soggy, and the fries weren't even cooked fully and we're cold and... soggy too. Even the drinks were flat with barely any carbonation. Had to go back in to get sauces we asked for, then the ladyargued she had put some in the bag, she had put exactly none as we checked. Arby's contacts me to "make it right" after I tooktheir survey. They offer to send me coupons to make up for the meals. That was over 2 months ago and I've gotten nothing, sotheir corporate is as garbage as their store employees and food. Read more
ok it is arby's, i love their food. it's pricey but what isn't anymore. but this review isn't about the food. i went in to order... a a to go order yesterday, i motorcycle so i don't like going in the drive thru. i went in and ordered my food. it was about 96outside with a heat index of 100 or so. what got me was that after i put my order in i was offered water to drink while i waitedfor my food. now to most people that won't mean anything. but when it is that hot outside just offering water to some one isvery nice. most places i bet wouldn't do that. thank you arby's. I tried the Classic Chicken Sandwich today with medium drink and fries. And this is what I got!!! I thought for sure they put a... small piece from the strips by mistake. I went to the front and asked if that was really the Clasdic Chicken Sandwich and theysaid yes. I sat down then decided that it was ridiculous to accept that for a $9 meal so I got a refund and the manager saidthey do not control the size of the chicken.. very sad that Arby's accept this product for their customers. Foodwasnt prepared the best. The bread was hard but the people were nice and the fries were hot.
Stopped in for a bite. Place was clean and service was good. Food came out fast. Roast beef was tasty and curly fries were good.... In and out in short time. Read more
The Reese's cookies are prepackaged and were raw and oily (didnt eat them) but over all great. The shakes are a nice treat every... once in a while. Read more
