Changed to 1 star probably the worst restaurant in town only next to the other Wendy?s at the pilot. And I like Wendy?s food.... Don?t bother coming at night each person will wait 10-20 minutes. Ordered a Dave?s double and got a single that looks like itwas sitting there way past the throw out time and said they only take cash and didn?t give me a receipt so I can?t go in andprove anything. Employees are super rude like they trying to get people to not come so they can do nothing. Also drive throughmachine has been broken where they can?t completely hear you for over a year now partly why orders keep being made wrong fixthese issues or I won?t come here anymore and hope they go out of business so these lazy workers suddenly wonder why they don?thave jobs anymore. This was the worst Wendy?s I?ve ever been too, never go here ever. I ordered a 5$ bag and a Dave?s single because the app had a... free Dave?s single. Then the coupon code at the restaurant was down so I said never mind. They charged me for the burger and Ididn?t even get it! The double stack had one piece of cheese no condiments and was cold. Terrible, terrible service. We were in drive-thru for about 20 minutes. I order the 5buck meal deal, it included a bacon cheese... burger, 4 nuggets, small fry and drink. My son ordered ONLY a crispy chicken sandwich. We finally make it to the window and thegirl at the window just looked at us confused until I said hello. We had 2 separate orders, ALL my food was cold, I ordered mildnuggets got spicy, the cheese burger has about the thickness of 2cm, on a plain dry bun, I ordered regular Dr Pepper and gotdiet, also was charged .25 for sauce that comes with the nuggets! Oh and they will only offer medium or large for the combo, notinforming you the small combo is actually $5 and there's an up charge the only 2 choices they offer you. So my $5 meal was$6.81. My son only Crispy chicken sandwich turn out to be a no seasoned, drowning in ketchup cold cheese burger. Went inside during lunch hours, ordered 2 items (fries and a baked potato), and didn't get them for 15+ minutes when there were... only a couple of other customers in the entire restaurant. When I did get my food, the potato was made with bacon, which I can'teat, when I had specifically requested to not have that on my order. There were around 8 people and they were all eithercooking for the drive through, or in the manager's case, standing around micromanaging their cashier. Read more
