Failure to fulfill orders every time we go (once every few months). They wouldn't replace a missing item in tonight's order.... Already sat 20+ minutes in the busy drive thru. (Waiting is nbd it if the order is completely right-but all that waiting and topay for this? Very frustrating) Called after checking order before leaving the parking lot and reported a missing item in hopesto have someone run it out or to be able to run in and grab, and was told by Kyle, "come back tomorrow for it, we close in 10minutes" all the while there's still a full line in the drive thru. Walk in for breakfast. Every table dirty, garbage cans all full. Five different meals ,not labeled. Employee said. Don't you... know what they are. I told her. How would I know. Read more
Good fast option for lunch or dinner on the go. Everything was warm and tasted good. Plenty of parking and conveniently located... just off College Avenue and very close to Veterans Parkway. The inside was clean also, as vere the restrooms. Drive-thru movesalong pretty fast also. I like that they will make a chicken taco if requested. Read more
It was the best Taco Bell food I've had in quite a while. Food was great, hot, and exactly as I ordered it. The place was clean,... the service was great, and even know they were busy it didn't take long to get our food. Read more
Worst experience ever in a Taco Bell. Walk into smoke filled restaurant and burnt food smell should have told us to turn around... and leave. Garbage on floor all over kitchen. Employees wouldn?t make eye contact had to ask to get them to take order. Mostemployees had AirPods in and ignored customers. Over half of fountain drinks not working in lobby. No drink lids or napkinsnasty sauce on condiments and dirty tables and floors. Read more
This is a wildly inconsistent Taco Bell. Lunch staff seems to be efficient, always gives generous portions, and doesn't mess up... orders. Dinner staff has zero clue what they are doing. Underfills all food, completely forgets items, and has horriblelistening and reading comprehension. Today we ordered three spicy potato soft tacos, confirmed via price and repeated back onscreen, ended up with three regular soft tacos. Consistent waste of money not getting the items we paid for or ordered. Read more
If I could give zero stars I would. I went in for a power bowl, asked for no guacamole and they made it with guacamole and then... scooped it out with a wrapper and threw the wrapper on the floor instead of in the garbage. And got an attitude when I askedthem to remake it. Before my order they were making soft shell tacos for another order and the girl dropped the taco on thefloor picked it back up and wrapped it and put it in the bag. Our meals were hot and fresh and tasty. Very short wait considering lunch rush on a holiday weekend travel weekend. Drive-thru... lady was very friendly and helpful. Really hit the spot! Read more
