Pulled in 20+ minutes before they closed, ordered our food (including a milkshake) and was told "we can't serve ice cream, our... manager already started cleaning the machine." Who would clean the machine before officially closing, with multiple cars in theparking lot? Terrible decision, will not be going back here. Read more
Big fan of Sonic burgers and tots but this location officially has the worst/slowest drive thru in town. Last 5 visits in a... little over a month have resulted in no orders because of the lack of movement in the drive thru. One time I actually got to theorder screen and a voice came over the intercom and said ?I will be with you in five to ten minutes?! That?s just unacceptable.They need to hire some former Chik-fil-a employees to teach them how to run an efficient drive thru. Read more
I don't understand having ice cream cones and only offering a single flavor. Not everyone likes vanilla. Seeing advertisements... for ice cream and showing up to only find vanilla was a huge disappointment. We just left with out ordering. Read more
This was my first time visiting this location, and it was ridiculous. I understand being short-staffed and things can take a... little longer, but I waited in the drive-thru for a solid 10 minutes and no one said anything. It takes 2 seconds to say, "I'llbe right with you." Nothing. Others in the line were leaving, as well, I'm assuming for the same reason. I just left because Ihad somewhere else to be. Sat in the drive thru for 30+ minutes waiting for 4 slushies. Just to receive the drinks made incorrectly. Returned today... thinking maybe it was just a bad experience and it was the same thing all over again. Got two drinks l, sat in the drive thrufor 28 minutes waiting on TWO DRINKS. finally got my drink and it was wrong AGAIN. today I had them correct it. I and a friend don't have cars because we live on the college campus nearby. We walked there from the bus stop and hit the red... button in the seating area. After a long pause a bored employee just says "Drive around." I am annoyed at this point because wedon't have a vehicle. I push the button again and say this out loud hoping they would understand. The response was "It'll takeanother 25 minutes then." No other car was there either in the lot or the drive thru. It's frustrating because we just wantedice cream. So we got tubs of ice cream from the Walmart. If you have no intention of serving people, just say that. Read more
