I spoke with the General Manager Michelle twice and she was extremely kind. Her customer experience isone of a kind, she was so apologetic made it right got me my food and gave me a deal. Second time it was perfect! Our first order came with an uncut pizza and was overcooked along with the cheese sticks. After... calling and talking to Katrina she made it right and quickly got us a replacement! The delivery guy was also great!
