Delivery took an hour and a half. There was a Jimmy John's location on Landmark Dr. which is closer to my house, but the app... forced me to use this location for some reason, which is further away. The delivery app. has an option to click where thedelivery can be left at the door. I did NOT choose that option. I didn't want my FOOD left on the GROUND. Yet the deliverydriver still left my food at the door even though I didn't choose that option in the app. Read more

Do not order from the North Street location. They never have enough delivery drivers and it takes over an hour to get your... delivery and the order is ALWAYS messed up. Everytime I order from this location it's a terrible experience. Instead of freakyfast you should change this locations slogan to freaky slow! I haven't ordered from Jimmy John's in almost a year, thought maybethey would have better service this time around but I see nothing has changed I will not be ordering from. Them again. Open sign was still up at 1000, so I assumed it was open. The door was locked, so I was going to leave, but this JJ worker or... manger (I?m not sure) opens the door aggressively, rolling her eyes. I didn?t think much of it until she continued a scene aboutit, and rudely asking what do I want in a unwelcoming way possible. I ended up leaving without ordering because of howdisrespectful she was. This was my first time having a bad experience with this Jimmy John's location. I put in my order at 8:13 pm and waited about an... hour before calling. The tracking didn't update either, it kept saying "we got your order". When I called the store, the man whoanswered was rude and told me that the driver tried to call me. I told him that the call probably didn't go through because Iturned on the feature that silences all calls that are not in your contacts (the feature is on all iPhones). But the man on thephone also said I called the driver back, then immediately hung up once he answered, but I never called him because I didn'teven know he had called me. He then told me that he "didn't know whether to believe me or his driver". The man on the phonealso explained to me that when they couldn't reach me he told his driver to just FORGET ABOUT MY ORDER and to worry about itlater. So my guess is that they were just going to take my money and not ever bring my order so I'm glad I ended up callingthem. That's not all folks! When the driver came to bring me my order the second time he didn't even know where the door was toget into the building so I know for a fact that there was no effort made to get my order to me the first time around. He couldhave used the buzzer by the door to ring my apartment or use the code that I provided in the delivery notes to get into thebuilding. He then asked what apartment he was bringing the order to. Then he asked what floor the apartment is on when theapartment number begins with a 3. Like come on. Worst service ever tonight and make sure to keep an eye on everything when youorder at this location because there was definitely something sketchy going on tonight and I think I caught them. Make sure to check your lettuce. I just got two sandwichs and they both had brown lettuce. It's like they don't check it at all.
