Location makes it an easy and quick stop for a bite in-between classes, and the food is always delicious.
Extremely fast, extremely reliable. Jimmy Johns is a superior form of fast food. the food manages test heathy without giving you... any reliable nutrition! We were able to go from our school, through the drive-thru, and back to school in ten minutes, with thecommute being 4 minutes each way. I generally like Jimmy John?s for a quick sandwich to go on the road and unfortunately that did not happen. We pulled in and... asked for a minute before we order. When we started to order, the gal on the receiving end rushed us along and our ordersquickly got messed up. We tried to review it three times and finally said sure. We had to wait 5+ minutes when not a single carwas in front of us and one of the sandwiches were made wrong. The sandwiches hardly had any filling compared to when I orderedthe same thing before. It was unfortunate to have to pay over $7 for a sandwich that had a few slices of roast beef, lettuce andmayo when it was not at all what we ordered. I would be happy to see some positive changes made so this doesn?t happen with yourother customers at this location. Read more

So listen. Jimmy Johns on Main is probably one of the best out there. I had a rough day and I went to my friends house and... tried the app. Well sent the wrong address TWICE. I called and they all helped me figure everything out. They helped me getrefunded and recharged for the right delivery!!! And even let me add/change my order! They are GREAT PEOPLE! Love them. there is something about the work ethics/culture in the afternoon/evening shifts- i try to say it as positively as i can. one... in-location visit went terrible because the person making sandwiches decided to make all sandwiches for ALL drive through ordersAND make sandwiches for 3 customers who arrived after us while we were waiting. there's something about our look that says we'renot mainstream and we certainly took it personally that the person just did not want to serve us. forgotten, done; now i had acatering order for my class that unfortunately was routed to this location; i call in the morning, the person assures me thatthey know the location of my class (ISU bldg), order was for 5, the delivery person called at 5:07; i left class to call back &he was just taking his time to tell me 'where is ...' and 'where do i park?' as if it's my responsibility to guide him. I careabout people and I certainly do not want to be harsh, but there is a limit to one's patience. we have eaten at so many JJlocations in town and outside, this is the one I WILL not visit again. I will call the corporate to make sure my next cateringorders will not be routed to their location. i've been doing this for the past 7 years, and this is the first time having what ithought a bad experience. I wish them good luck and I hope the leader in charge will spend a little more time on training. ialso wish all the staff well, I know life is hard and I hope this note will help them advance quality of their services. Bread was hard on the outside and dry inside. Very little mayo, which might have helped bring some moisture. Even with request... to go easy on the lettuce, it was falling out of the sandwich. Read more
