While my Madagascar Vanilla chiller is good, the staff didn?t make the drinks in front of us. We suspect the drip coffee was... microwaved. There were flies on the cheesecake in the display case. Bathroom was littered with napkins all over the ground andno clean paper towels in the dispenser. We will not be coming back. Read more
Went through drive through no answer but their window was open. Went inside there were no lights on, the guy didn't give me the... right change and had to repeatedly tell him he owed me money. He didn't know how to make the drink and kept looking at a stackof papers which I assume had the directions. I get my drink no whipped topping and no caramel and when I asked for it he said weare out and he just turned his back on me. Definitely not coming back here this business has gone down hill quickly and worsethey are never open for the hours that are listed. I should've just gone to the Meijer Gloria Jeans at least they are open andmake the drinks right and don't try to rip you off when it comes to your change. Read more
I ordered a mango smoothie here and the girl just stared at me and made some weird yogurt cream drink instead and when she gave... it to me I told her I asked for a mango smoothie and she just kinda stared, I wanted to be nice so i just took it and left andthrew it away at my class, made me sad cus I like their smoothies and spent $7. Waited at drive through sign with no response.called out at open window. No response. Went in. Was told that mic was broken by... worker sitting at table with all her stuff around. Lights were out. This is for my experience today November 29, 2022. Waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes before going in to a gentleman... sitting down headphones in staring at his phone. I then proceeded to give my order which was for 2 16 oz iced Irish Nut Coffeeswith oat milk. The gentleman had no idea what I was talking about. I had to point him to the menu and direct him to what I wastalking about. Then apparently they do not have 16 oz cups so I had to get 12 oz. When paying I was told they do not have ApplePay even though I have paid with it before. I had to instruct him on how to let me pay with Apple Pay. I have now been waitingover 15 minutes for 2 coffees when I am the only customer in the store. After 15 minutes he brings me out 2 hot coffees. I donot know if it was the gentleman?s first day but that?s the feeling I am getting and they left him by himself. The man was superfriendly but even after waiting again the coffees were still wrong. Best coffee in town when done right but I?m not dealing withthis type of service again. I will go to Starbucks. Read more
