Honestly if I could I would give -stars... the store is always dirty, nothing is stocked, fountain machine is always out of... something. The staff are not friendly, most of the time you walk in they don't even acknowledge you. The last time I went in,there were boxes of product everywhere, no large cup lids, no mountain dew, no sweet tea, the cups were still in the packagesitting on the counter... informed the cashier the mountain dew was out and he said, "oh well" then proceeded to walk away. WhenI went up to the register, the same guy once again turned and walked away only to return to the register in a few moments. TheBEST EMPLOYEE EVER, Frank, was fired. He was the whole reason I went to this Casey's... now I drive 3 miles from my house to getsoda, cigarettes, and snacks... BRING FRANK BACK AND FIRE EVERYONE ELSE!!! WORST STORE EVER, I WOULD NOT STOP AT THIS PLACE FORANY REASON!!! Read more
I went here on 10/22 around 8:45pm, and I note the time and date so management here can look up the guy and gal working the... kitchen at the time because THEY WERE SO COOL AND GOOD TO ME. For real, give these two a raise. Their dynamic, the small talkthey made with me, and their attitude were enough to make me want to work at this Casey's, and this is coming from someone withtwo jobs already! They made me a couple of those pumpkin shaped pizzas, which looked divine and special by the way. The guy, whohad sort of a warm Post Malone swag, commented on how he thought I would probably be the most popular guy at the Halloween partyI went to because of the pumpkin pizzas they lovingly crafted for me. He wasn't wrong, people loved them, and I told them thetale of the dynamic duo working the kitchen at the time. Spent over 60$ between dinner and extras. Our food wasn't even started at pick up time, we waited outside for over 30 minutes... more, our potato bites were not cooked completely and cold, our chicken strips were burnt and not edible.....I tried to speak tothe cashier and was told to call the next day to speak to a manager and I did with no return call as of a month later. Everything I go in they are understaffed sometimes with one person working register and kitchen struggling to keep up. Mind you... it's always 1 person working hard ( too hard), but at the end of the day one hard worker doing 2 -3people amount of work is tomuch, bad for customers bad for employees that's how you lose good I nes. Gas prices here are generally lower than other stations but the employees don't seem to refill the receipt rolls at the pump. ... You have to go inside to ask for one. Generally, that's not a big deal, but it's often very busy inside, with a long line, andonly one operating register. It's inconvenient to wait for just a receipt. Read more
Pizza is phenomenal, if a little expensive. If you've never had their breakfast or taco pizza you haven't lived yet. Prices all... around are kind of high, but fair for a gas station. Would highly recommend this establishment for their pizza. Read more
Kim the manager is wonderful for keeping this store in shape through very difficult times!!! Will be back again!
