People were friendly customer service was good food was fresh made the correct way
The woman cashier for today was absolutely disgusting. Attitude was absolutely horrible... Rolled her eyes... Yelled from across... the store... Looked like she rolled out of bed and her goal was to make people's days worse. Guaranteed that the food is staleand truth be told the woman hates her job. Get rid of someone like that because I left without even thinking of spending moneyat an establishment like that. Your franchise or corporate will definitely hear from me. Read more
Just ordered a Double whopper (add cheese), a Whopper JR (no onion), and a small fry. There was No cheese on double Whopper,... there was onion on Whopper JR, and fries were smothered in salt. Both burgers was dry and buns taste stale. To top it off we getto the drive through (with our window already down) and as soon as they opened there window it smelled like pot. Multiple times I have sat in the drive through for over 30 minutes hours before close. Been told one sec and waited and waited... , drove around the building and no one was in the lobby. Pulled into the drive through again and ended up waiting another 15minutes before I said something and was met with no reply. Every time I give this location a chance something like thishappens. I walk in and it was 2 white guys and 1 white woman who came to fight a black employee about him disrespecting his wife. I was... filming the incident and a employee told me I can't film. This was horrible and at risk to all the employees and customers whowas at the store eating or working. Sad. 8-1-2022 Cashier in burger King was talking crazy to a black woman after she placed herorder. The woman in the drive up was bring disrespecting the customer after placing a order. Customer ask the cashier to repeatthe order. The cashier continued to take orders after asked to repeat order. The manager was rude saying she was the manager butdon't work their. The cashier told her the lady place the wrong order which was not truth customer asked for a bacon king 2whoppers and order if fries. The drive up cashier has a problem with many who come to buy a burger or order in burger King. Thewhite lady was rude which again almost a fight. Cashier even gave the customer the wrong change after the customer ask for hermoney back after manager said she must wait because she change the order. We went through the drive through today. The person taking our order was snarky and rude. We tried to make sure that they... understood the order and she got even more snarky and rude. She didn't listen and the order was way wrong. It wasn't a goodexperience and we will not return. I would not recommend this Burger King to anyone. Read more
