We came up to the speaker around 10:39 pm . My Dad was nice enough to try to order me a #2. The woman couldn't understand him.... She thought we wanted chicken at one point. Finally he spelled out T-W-O just as nice . He asked if she got that and she ignoresus for a half a minute. Finally she says she was waiting for us to stop being rude. The Hell? I insisted we just forget theorder because her attitude sucked but Dad insisted on going through with the order. Hope she didn't spit in nothing. Nevercoming back!!! ???? Waited inside for over 5 mins, with the store COMPLETELY EMPTY. Had several workers look in our direction but proceeded to only... take drive thru orders. We then asked the ?manager? (who was pointing at us while taking to the other workers) if we should makean online order, he proceeds to say ?uhhhh give me one min?. But again no one comes over to the register. As the manager theleast that could be done was acknowledge the customers that were standing at the register. Read more

It's funny how in 2 yrs you go from a hero to a zero! I'm a truck driver went in to get my dinner to go. Again to go and was... told the inside was closed. I can't fit through the drive thru. Want ever be back open or not!! Read more

Upon purchase of lunch,I was informed they could not provide me with a receipt of my transaction. I asked for a refund and was... told to return the food so I did and then was rudely told they could not give me a refund. They then asked me to drive forwardand not block the drive thru. My reply was no please give me a refund. After a long wait I left without food or a refund. Calledcredit card ànd charge is in dispute. Manager was very rude and so were employees. I will never go to a Wendy's again thanksto this experience. A receipt must be given on any transaction. Read more

Waited in line to order lunch for 15 minutes. NOBODY acknowledged my presence or even asked if I could be helped even after... seeing I was there in front of the counter. After 15 minutes the little girl bagging a order looks at me and says, what?s up? Isay I want to place an order and she repeats my response back to me but as in a question then goes back to what she is doing. Iwaited another 5 minutes and then left. Read more

This is my second visit to this Wendy's. My food was hot and prepared as ordered. I appreciated the patience of the staff as I... was ordering for myself and 4 others. However, once I got to the window and paid for my order, I was TOLD rather abruptly topull to the door to wait for my food. I assume this was the manager as she seemed to be running the drive thru orders. I avoidedcommenting so as to avoid them mishandling my food. Not sure if I'll visit again due to this but we'll see. Chili was cold. It taste like ketchup. There was no meat, just sauce and hard beans. The employees were rude and angry, masks... were on their chins, standing at the window complaining about and worker/manager at the drive thru window which was slow andunorganized. They forgot my fork, napkins, crackers, sour cream. They literally gave part of my order to the car Infront of me,the customer gave it back and then they just gave it to me didn't even attempt to remake it (clear cross contamination duringCOVID). I will never go back. Complete waste of time and money. Read more

While only ordering a Frosty I observed that this Wendy?s is the cleanest location I have ever visited tons of attention to... detail, even the bathrooms were spotless. Daddy?s no excuses there?s even a baby changing table in the Men?s room. The customerservice I received was well above 5 stars ????James you did an amazing job keep it up, Wendy?s needs more employees like younationwide! Read more
