As much as we love Wendy's this one is always a solid disappointment. So at least they are consistent in their mediocrity. We... used to live closeby and still frequent the area so many times convenience wins. Without exaggeration we have only gotten acorrect order a handful of times here. Bright side is the food is usually hot although not what you ordered or missing necessaryutensils or sides. Read more

Ordered a freshly cooked Dave's single meal and fries very well done ,well received a pre cooked burger, and fries that were... sitting under a heat lamp. I guess quality is not this locations motto will not return. Read more

I ask for no salt the fries are loadex with salt. I ask for diet soda its regular. Reason asked for diet is son is diabetic and... no salt because I have high blood pressure. They completely suck for this. I do not recommend at all. Read more

This is the fastest fast food i have gotten in along time. Double with cheese #1 not even 4minutes. Except one thing, the... cashier told me to please back up 5 feet to mess with me. This is the nastiest wendys I've been in, in my entire life!!! I work outside and went to the restroom to wash my hands before I... ordered. Upon going into the restroom. There is an employee taking a dump. Cool thats human but what I noticed next was hisapron hanging from the door of the cubicle he was dumping in. Complete then off lost my appetite right then. I asked to speak toa manager or get corporates number. General manager was on duty. I asked him if he knew the point of an apron to my surprise hecouldn't answer. Then asked me what was the point. I couldn't believe a general manager doesn't know the importance of an apron.Once he asked me that. I just asked for corporates number he told me no. I said cool ill just get the number from online. Thenhe stated he was going to get petty. Noone knows what people are going through so for this lame excuse of a person to open hismouth and state that infuriated me. But of course I'm grown and have alot to loose so I left. This location should just be shutdown till the employees and up to management learn the importance of something simple as an apron!!! I always loved Wendy's. It is extremely disappointing to not get exactly what you ordered every time you go to this branch. Did... not get the sodas I wanted (coke) when I ordered by the drive thru. They told me they did not have regular coke. I asked forfanta. When I told the employees it was not the flavor I ordered. The lady simply gave an excuse "I thought you told me Drpepper. No I hate that soda. I would never try to get a Dr Pepper. Then when I tried to eat my food with my friend. We found outthat on top of that we did not even have napkins. This was on Saturday June 19th arround 7:30pm. They never have Coke at thisbranch for some reason. One time another customer had the same issue and told me it is because they are lazy to refill the sodamachine. The owner of this branch should pay more attention to his/her employees as the manager clearly doesn't do its job. Read more

Last month and this month visiting this Wendy's has been hands down a stark difference in customer service to food... quality! Yall give these employees a raise or something because they are so professional, kind, and pack our food so neatly,they are dressed neatly too and all of our food is there!!! This was way different from our first visit back in September. Theemployees then were rude, hurried and missed half of our order. So kudos to you guys. This coming from a military family. My husband and I ordered from here and the workers were extremely rude. We ordered online and went through the drive thru to... pick up the food, the menu said they no longer served the pretzel bacon pub cheeseburger, but we were able to order it online.We expected them to let us know that they no longer served it, but to our surprise we got the burger. When we opened it, it hadmold on the top bun. I took pictures, but for whatever reason it won't let me add a photo. They had us pull up for the drinksand basically threw them into my husband's hands. He ordered a Dr.Pepper but was given a lemonade instead. I do not recommendeating here at all. They clearly do not care about their establishment or customer service. Read more
