I usually go to wawa near my house every morning for coffee and drinks for my day. And most every time when I order coffee... instead of making it myself it?s either not right -something that I didn?t order- or it?s just not up to par for what I paid.This morning I ordered a 16oz coffee with a double shot of energy boost. This typically runs me about $6. It?s not a lot ofmoney but for coffee it is. On god I have not taken one sip as I was waiting to get to work so it will be cooled off by then. Mycup is half full and tastes like just hot milk. This is a regular occurrence. I don?t normally leave reviews. They are pointlessto me but we as a society need to get our stuff together. Because if you can?t make a simple cup of coffee with the directionson how to do it in front of you then we are in serious trouble. Please encourage your employees to do better. The last three times I have ordered through the app at this store they have had to refund my order because they didn?t have the... item but didn?t lock it out on the app. Then a refund in store comes up short of what was paid in the app because of adifference in the rate of taxation. When I do get correct orders from here they?re always made super well and the staff arealways friendly. It?s just a huge inconvenience to order something through the app, pay, then drive over to pick it up to findout none of it was available and they left it up in the app. Read more

I was in this wawa filling up my jug with ice water when a tall middle aged man told me I couldn't get ice water, after 4 people... in front of me filled up XL Wawa cups with ice. He said "you have to buy something to get ice water". He didn't know that I wasgoing to buy 4 packs of cigarettes, while my wife put $78 of gas into the truck, nor did he know that I own a home remodelingcompany with 3 trucks on the road, have a wawa card, and we stop at Wawa every morning for breakfast, gas, drinks, cigarettes,and I go to Wawa for subs for all of my employees at least 3 times a week. I hope this reaches corporate. No exaggeration, lastmonth I put $1,700in my trucks, and God only knows how much my guys and myself spent on cigarettes and food last month, andevery other month for the past 2 years that my growing company has been in business. All good though, I went to 711 and toldthem what happened, and they let me fill my jug up no charge (like Wawa normally does). I'll be using any other store from nowon. Read more
