Customer service at the food counter COULD be better but I've never had any MAJOR issues.
I ordered a hot gobbler online. Go to pick up the order and they tell me there?s no hot turkey, only cold. There?s ways to make... cold turkey hot, right? Or am I just mentally challenged and seeing things in a too logical for navy standards way?! Or it?sjust pure lazy. Coffee bar attending is lacking as of late. Cuban Roast is consistently under temperature. And just now, the Colombian Roast... was completely empty and with personnel who are behind the coffee bar, who didn't even look my way. One time I did ask about itand got attitude. One of my go to spots; 4 stars because I can find cheaper prices elsewhere. That said, they are always quick to make my orders,... and expedite checking out. Also, if you have the app, you can save on gas and schedule your pump when you get there wirelessly,quite convenient. Read more

This morning I went to get a breakfast bacon burrito and a raspberry tea drink from this WaWa?s in Norfolk Virginia (via Hampton... boulevard) some time after my husband generously added some money funds to a wawa gift card he gifted to me. The burrito wasprocessed in a reasonable timeframe and was tasty and the cashier handling my order had a pleasant/cheery demeanor even with themorning timeframe I showed up and he was accurate in gauging right away that I wanted a print up of my gift card balanceremaining after the order was purchased (the wawa gift card is also registered online though it is nice to have the receipt toreconcile the balance on the receipt with the online balance for a just in case measure).
