Worst experience ever at store #8628 (6301 N. Military Hwy, Norfolk,Va). My spouse ordered subs, one of which was a meatball... sub. Imagine the shock when meatballs were in a bowl and she was told to buy a sub roll! WTH Wawa??!! Good thing I waited inthe car! Totally unacceptable to be handed to be a bowl of meatballs,, told to buy a roll and put it together yourself. Mindyou, weren't even given the cheese for the sub. This is usually an awesome store, but they were seriously unprepared for theday. No smoothies or custom drinks able to be made either. Read more

Dear GM , Today i tried to buy cigars at Wawa, When I ask for a certain kind the young man attempted to find that cigar. He was... then stopped by manager Kim who told him what he doesn't see they don't have. Before he could check the container that they holdtheir cigars inside to restock. She stopped him And said I don't know what hes talking about. I then went next door and bought 2 Packs of cigars I brought them back to show her which one I was talking about she Insisted that I was wrong and that she wasright over and over until another employee came into our conversation and stated no he is correct and you are wrong she then wasmad and said that she smokes them all, she is very unprofessional she does not belong in a manager position and she needs tolearn the products in the store and cooperate with loyal customers. Was there Wed night, Maybe if your overnight crew wasn?t so focused on serving the customers food and not flirting in men?s... faces it wouldn?t take almost 45 mins to make 2 sandwiches, 2 cookies, & lemonade. This is a newer Wawa in the area. Seems to be clean lots of gas pumps they sell diesel you know made to order food the store... itself seems a little smaller than others but fits well in the location. Stopped in here many times since it's been openedalways have a good experience keep up the good work restrooms are always clean two thumbs up five stars if you're in the areaand want to bite to eat Chihuahuas food very delicious and their drinks are good too Read more
