Amazing food, service, and ambiance. The service was impeccable, and on point with food and wine pairings. An extensive wine... list that's sure to please any palate. I started with the Burrata Caprese and it was delicious, my favorite of the night. Mymain course, The Braised Short Rib Pappardelle was good as well. Attended a special Williamsburg Winery paring dinner pairing that was unbelievably amazing! The chef precisely paired the... amazing wines of Williamsburg Winery with his masterpieces of culinary art. The evening was filled with divine food, delishwine and delightful company. We were excited to learn the Varia has booked wine pairing dinners every other month throughOctober 2023! We are looking forward to many more pleasant evenings like this in the future. Read more
The food was very tasty. How waitress "V" was very hopeful with our party of 7 including a puppy ????. I would truly recommend... the pizza. Yummy.. I had chicken & shrimp Alfredo it was soooooo good. Read more
Great dinner experience here. Very upscale modern vibe and excellent service. Drinks are at happy hour prices until 7pm.
Attended a rehearsal dinner here and was blown away! Our server, Ben, was so professional and warm and the food was incredible.... Best cesear salad I think I've ever had! I could also go on forever about the Old Fashioned *insert chef's kiss here* I can'twait to return on a date night. Read more
Enjoyed a dinner meeting (work-related), had a great time, food was just ok. Loved the decor, and fun vibes...I'd like to see... the regular menu as our group had a fixed menu for the event, I felt the food was pretty bland and our waitress was grumpy andseemed kinda mean....but I l still had a great time. This would be a great restaurant for first dates, couples, dates nightetc. Lots of fun drinks too!.... I would probably only come here to drink (I'd go elsewhere to eat though), socialize and enjoythe views, lol people watch too. Read more
Went for ladies night and have been back multiple times. Drinks are poured generously. Pizza is filling. Had octopus for the... first time. Salmon was cooked right. Great third date. They also have a live piano player. It's the ambiance. Read more
Varia is conveniently located inside of the Hilton Hotel. After a long drive from NJ, and a nap we were starved; so I didn?t... care where I ate. Since it wasn?t extremely busy, we were able to get a table immediately without reservations. I ordered theChicken Parmesan & my son ordered the Margherita Pizza. We both enjoyed our dishes. I especially loved the crust on my chicken,the only thing lacking was a tad bit of salt, which was a minor fix. The decor was beautiful, it reminded me of a library, yetupscaled. If I ever stayed at this Hilton again, I may definitely consider a revisit. Great food, Great Service & ExceptionalCompany, What more can you ask for. Read more
