Staff very rude. I'm the only customer in the establishment no Hello can I help you or I'll be with you in a... minute.....absolutely nothing. Wish I had looked at the reviews before popping into this location. It?s no big deal that they messed up the smoothie, (twice)... but the rudeness was unnecessary. Parking is too much of a pain to make this location worth it. Go a mile and a half to 21ststreet where you have no problem parking or getting friendly service. Read more

I was recently in a hurry to get my mother home from a doctor appointment. The doctor ordered her to bed. She wasn?t feeling... well but asked for a smoothie. I called ahead to Tropical Smoothie but got no answer. I called a second time. Nothing. I finallypulled up in front of the store, and decided to call right before I walked in. With the phone in my hand still ringing, I sawtwo employees sitting in the dining room and another leaning against the wall, all of them looking at their phones. I'm very disappointed in the quality of my food. I ordered a BBQ Shrimp quesidilla today & it looked nothing like one. It was... very thin, barely any ingredients inside as if they are stingy with ingredients. It appeared nothing like the photo or eitherany other real quesidilla I have eaten. I waited an hour to recieve barely any food. I only ate it because I was actually reallyhungry. I believe employees should take more pride in the way they present food to their customers. Presentation matters ... putmore ingredients on ...make mine the same way you would want to eat yours. This was just ridiculous, it was basically flat. Veryvery upset & STILL HUNGRY. Read more
