Only ordered here twice and both times I was treated like less than a paying customer. The young lady making the smoothies the... 1st time dismissed me when I made an online order. But right after I watched someone else claim their order immediately! The 2ndtime she completely ignored my order and went on to make the other smoothies of those who came in after me. Where do I start? The restaurant was filthy. The carpet at the door looked like it hadn't been swept or vaccummed in months. The... counter was dirty with food. The staff had food all over there clothing like they had a food fight. I wanted a chickenQuesadilla and they said the presser was broke. They were going to put it in the oven and said it wouldn't taste the same. Duh.Just rude and bad service. Even have wood on some windows that should have glass. This location has went downhill. As others have said. This location is definitely one of the worse ones. I had ordered two food items and two smoothies for... myself and my daughter and while the smoothies were what I had ordered, the food was nowhere close to what I had ordered. When Itold the employee that my order was wrong, I was then gaslit and told "That is what you ordered". It wasn't until I unwrappedeverything and showed them it did not match what was on my receipt that they accepted fault and handed me what I was supposed toget. Absolutely ridiculous. Read more

Unfortunately, this isn?t my first bad experience with this location. The wait time is always incredibly bad. Today I ordered... through the app: mango magic with pea protein and the southwest omelet wrap. Besides the wait which I almost expected because ofmy previous visits, the wrap was just wrong. I get this wrap at many other locations in the area with no problem. Spinach,chicken, cheese, tomatoes, eggs and chipotle sauce. What I received was chicken, cheese and what looks like kale. Thedisappointment when I got home was honestly ridiculous. With the wait time, the orders should be without flaw. The smoothie wasgood if that?s worth anything. This evening I called to see what they would do to rectify the situation. Her excuse: ?our cookisn?t really that attentive.? The young lady said the manager would call me in a week or so to issue a refund? A week or so? Shedidn?t even know my name so I made sure to give her that. We ordered two Caprese sandwiches and both came with bread that was toasted in a toaster and the worst tomatoes we?ve ever seen.... The balsamic was put directly on the toast and made it extremely soggy. (This should?ve been a pressed sandwich) My apple kaleslaw looked old and withered. We have the worst experience every time we order lunch here (which is once in a blue moon) but wealways try to give the benefit of the doubt. Never again. Smoothies are always good though. Read more

Always busy. Expect a long wait time. The workers are less attentive as the day goes on. I stopped getting anything from this... location as I had to constantly tell them my order was not to standard or not what I requested. If you are there first thing inthe morning, you may have a staff that is alert enough to prepare your smoothie just right. Read more
