Lately this place has gone down hill. You wait forever for your food. Then you get back to the office to find out that the... order is wrong. They tell you to send a picture and that is it. You never hear from them again. This last time we ordered anItalian salad. When we got back no meat, we call and they informed us that is was just small. We went on a scavenger huntlooking for anything that looked like salami, anything at all. NOPE!!!! not there. We were informed to take a picture as Istated before. Iliana replied indicating the the manager will contact you. A week later we are still waiting for that contact. Now they won't even answer the phone, I think they have our number and won't answer. We used the Gourmet Gang for our Rehearsal Dinner and it was everything that we could have hoped for and more. Working with... Nobie was a breeze and we made several adjustments leading up to the event. Day of, just walking in to the set up, everythingwas perfect and set up better than we even expected. As for the food, we received so many compliments about how great the foodwas -- we hardly had any left because people kept going back (buffet style). We did the BBQ meatloaf and the chicken for ourmain courses. I know you might be skeptical of meatloaf -- just do it and thank me later. It was definitely a crowd favorite forus. Again, the group was so easy to work with. So professional from beginning to end. We will definitely be looking to workwith them again in the future if we have any events. Read more

Gourmet Gang catered my wedding in April 2022 and they were ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. From the beginning, Nobie was detail-oriented... and made sure to cover all aspects of catering a wedding. My mom was incredibly was impressed with their level of service, whichis really saying something because she is very picky. Our guests were raving about how delicious the food was AND they made sureto feed the us. The number one concern that I had heard about weddings was that the bride and groom don't get to eat. They snuckus trays of food before the ceremony and also had plates ready for us (we did buffet style) so that we didn't have to wait inline with our guests and then could walk around visiting guests since we ate first! We also did rentals through Gourmet Gangand they did a beautiful job setting up the tablecloths and working with our other vendors. I love Gourmet Gang and hope to usethem for future events. My first time trying to order from them the customer service was bad. I sent an order online and got a call about 20 minutes... after placing the order for the worker Sydney to tell me the items I ordered was unavailable. She then told me to pick somethingelse so I did so and she was very impatient with me she then told me another items couldn?t be mortified because I asked for noonions I asked her why she said she just can?t. So I had her cancel the order entirely and asked for a refund. Well my bosstreated me to lunch and got me gourmet gang salad and after about 3 bites it was WORM IN MY FOOD. for what?
