You all have to watch who food ya'll playing with. Especially when you all are not aware of who you're serving. Dropping this... rating from 5 to 1 star is the nicest thing I could do tonight and be lucky I did not come back up there. It's not a joke, Irepeatedly said I do not eat beef idk if the entire staff was hard at hearing but to continue to serving be a beef taco after Iasked for black beans & toss that taco in the bag without wrapping... literally the wrapping was crumpled on top of the taco isridiculous. Regular taco bell, but you can't order at the register, you have to use the kiosk. It's a super pain if you've got more then 1... or 2 people, especially if you want to do anything different to the meal, like no lettuce/subbing items Read more
I ordered 3 cheese roll ups with extra cheese and there was hardly any cheese. Mostly tortilla. I ordered a cheese quesadilla... with extra cheese and it to was basically just tortilla. There was no ranch sauce on my hot ranch frys and the portion was halfof what I received from a different location a few days prior. There was no chipotle sauce on two of the four potato soft tacos.About two weeks ago I went through the drive thru and placed an order and that time I ordered a fiesta burrito and hot ranchveggie frys and got two beefy five layer burritos. This location has jacked up my order EVERY TIME that I have gone there. Iwill not be returning to this location ever again which is disheartening because I just moved and this is the closest Taco Bellto my new home. I usually go to Taco Bell at least once a week but not anymore. I am highly dissatisfied and I will be sure totell everyone about my experience. If I wanted tortillas for dinner I would?ve just opened up my refrigerator and fed my familytortillas that I purchased from the grocery store. The way this can be improved is if somebody orders extra something toactually give it to them and to put the proper ingredients on what is supposed to be on each item. Also giving them what theyordered and not mixing up their orders that would be great too! I Went through the drive-through about a week and a half ago atthe same location and order a fiesta burrito and the Hot ranch veggie fries along with a handful of other items and I did notreceive the fiesta burrito nor the hot ranch veggie fries. Instead I received two beefy five layer burritos. I also ordered acheese quesadilla with no sauce and received a chicken quesadilla with sauce. I?m a vegetarian so this was a big fat waste ofmoney. It seems that each time I visit this location they always seem to jack up my order. Overall I am extremely dissatisfiedand will not be returning to this location EVER AGAIN!
