At 8 PM on Sunday, 7/3/22, the wrapper of my sub for pick-up reeked of cigarette smoke, all the way down to the sub itself. I... threw it into the trash, went back to the store and had it remade at no charge. 3 days later, and after much hand washing, myfingers still smell of cigarettes. The smell is so strong I must now go out of my way to purchase an industrial strengthhand-cleaner. This disgusting situation is absolutely astonishing. I don't know how my sub was contaminated with such strongthirdhand smoke, but I do know I will never eat here again. Read more

If you eat here you can expect total disapointment. I eat here on occasion and I have no idea why I keep going back. The ladys... that work there have poor English and will get your order wrong regularly. The have arguments in foreign languages in front ofcustomers, and I have never seen either of them smile. They even have poor attitudes toward the customers. On top of all that,they are slower than snails. I mean, these girls have zero sense of urgency. THE BEST SUBWAY AROUND! I live right up the street from the Shore Drive location which is absolutely DISGUSTING and REVOLTING. ... (See my review on their store.) But was craving a sub today and went to this one and it is NIGHT AND DAY BETTER than any otherSubway I've been to in years! Their produce and meats actually look....FRESH! Go figure!! They not only look fresh, butactually appetizing! The service was absolutely great! They actually speak English and don't try to change their menu to suittheir laziness or lack of good service. I ordered my food online before I left home to be picked up Asap. It took me a good 15 mins to get there. I got there and it... still was not ready. They had 2 employees working on one order. After 5 mins of standing there it was finally my turn. I toldthem I was picking up an order. They had apparently started making one of my bowls and left it to help the other people in frontof me so they finished that off. The lady told the kid he put too much veggies which I didnt agree with. Then she started theother bowl. She was very stingy with the veggies, my bowl looked half empty. I asked for 2 cups of ice water and the kid went tograb those little plastic cups. I asked if they had lids for those to which he said no and I asked for cups with lids since thiswas togo. The lady said she had to charge me for two drinks if I wanted those cups so I said never mind.
