I?ve been here multiple times and never had an issue. Definitely my preferred location over the crowded Starbucks in the Webb.

First thing in the morning and man the attitude is out of control! Maybe they should drink a cup of coffee before the shift... starts. No reason to be a jerk to people who are requesting a service you signed up to provide. Tea was perfect though, but itwas literally a tea bag and water, so no choice. Read more

Once I told the lady I want my drink less sugar and she said they don't put sugar in their drinks... Does she not know syrup is... a form of sugar?? And what the hell Starbucks don't put sugar in their drinks??? That must be new if it's true... So the nexttime I had a Salted Caramel Mocha Frap and this time I didn't ask for less sugar but they make it as sweet as they can like Ihave to put water to mix it, and the lady was too concentrated on chatting with her co-worker so she put chocolate sauce on mywhipped cream instead of caramel syrup and salt but bruh it's a SALTED CARAMEL Mocha Frap. Also, my friend had a tall PumpkinSpice coffee(cold), and she literally had three slips and there was nothing left in the cup except for the ice, and the whippedcream wasn't even melted yet. I know I shouldn't expect to get good coffee from starbucks but this is just crazy. Read more

My flat white was more like a cappuccino. I watched the barista over steam the milk just because I wanted it extra hot. Then the... barista that put the lid on my drink spilled some and still have it to me with half an inch unfilled. I am a barista at acorporate store and would expect better quality from a licensed store. I would never lid a drink i spilled and still hand itout. Read more
