I love the workers here! They?re always top notch & very friendly. But the location is horrible & parking is a nightmare. And... they are out of main ingredients on a daily basis. I respect the people who work here so much. It?s always ridiculously busy when I come in and they are still always really kind.... I?ve never had to wait more than a couple minutes on a drink even when there?s a drive thru line that goes out of the parkinglot and the lobby is full. Y?all are amazing ???? Read more

They gave me days old nitro cold brew and expected me not to be able to taste it when it was extremely bitter. After a few sips... my stomach hurt and I had to throw it out. They also KNEW the drink was bad because they gave us a $4 ?recovery card? but if youknew the drink was bad why would you still serve it when I would have been perfectly fine ordering something else? I used to go to the Starbucks off of Colley but it closed down (still sad). I was thrilled and relieved to see Bobby at the... colonial location! Bobby is AMAZING! We all just adore him (hubby & kids included). He?s sooooo NICE! And genuine! Talk aboutauthenticity! He?s beautifully himself and we love that about him. He always makes us smile and my coffee turns out PERFECTevery single time. I?m a picky coffee drinker and love my coffee to be just right and consistently so. Bobby never disappoints!I?m so grateful for people like Bobby who just are such a positive light to others. Thank you Bobby for being consistentlywonderful! I CAN NOT say enough nice things about THIS location!!! The crew that has been here for the past year is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!!... They are so nice & sweet!!!! I ADORE them!!! They know my order without me even saying anything. I used to order in the drivethrough at minimum 5x a wk. But now I order online ahead. Theres no where on the app to order ice no water. But its alwayswaiting right beside my drink order which they have perfected and know by heart!!! The ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS put a smile on myface as soon as I walk in (even on my worst days). How nice is it when employees fill a room with sunshine?!? Corney oh well,its how i feel. And Amanda was ESPECIALLY SWEET today with her lil extra touch to my order today!!! My drinks are usually pretty good at this location but whenever Amanda (think that?s her name) makes it, it is incorrect or has... something missing ALL THE TIME. I usually do not have a problem with my drinks but I thought I should speak up as it keepshappening with this certain barista. I think she needs more training or guidance from a manager in regards to making correctlattes and using correct ingredients since it keeps happening. Also Amanda isn?t the most friendly as she rushes me in thedrive through. Usually every other barista encounter I have at this location is positive one but gosh when Amanda is there it?snot.
