This location as with many others, can see quite a bit of business causing the drive thru line to get backed up. With that being... said, I never choose to avoid the line because this location and it?s staff does an exceptional job of keeping the wait timesacceptable despite the congestion of orders. I cannot say the same for other locations. The baristas are always, always workinghard and it?s evident when you?re there. It's Starbucks! Quality is up to par. They have a strange drive-thru situation that starts behind the shopping plaza.

Worst Starbucks ever. Drinks are consistently made wrong compared to the surrounding locations. This location is literally like... 2 minutes from my house so I gave it chance after chance, just to be let down constantly. They are missing liquid 1-2 inchesfrom the rim. The drinks usually are made incorrectly. Like you have raised the prices 3x in the past year but yet want to skimpand half a.. make my drink. It?s frustrating! I just now avoid this location at all costs. I now go out of my way and go to WestLittle Creek usually. East Beach is pretty consistent as well. Too much volume at this location and not enough well-trainedemployees I?m assuming. Management must be lacking as well. It is a very busy store compared to any of the other locations, soI?m sure it gets overwhelming. Also the ?manager? Joye yelled at my 77 year elderly father and was unnecessarily rude forrequesting his drip coffee because the young lady up front was right by it not even doing anything or tending to any guests atall. He was agitated, but never disrespected her. Just inquired as to why it had been almost 15 minutes of waiting for somepremade coffee. Why should a DRIP coffee wait as long as a hand crafted beverage?!? Also my breakfast sandwich presentation wasdisgusting. It was flopped in a bag and half squished..once again paying almost 6 for a sausage egg and cheese muffin and itwasn?t even put together in the bag. Every time I get caramel macchiato they give me just from the coffee that was already brewed and add a shot of espresso and some... caramel to make it look like real caramel macchiato and charge me $7.48 instead of 7.19 in most of other places . Read more

This used to be my go to Starbucks since it?s close to my house but recently every drink I purchase it?s basically never full.... Whether it?s a latte, frap or hot. Half of the top is either missing whip cream or the bubbles in the latte take about 1/2? ofthe cup. Which is quite frustrating. Starbucks in general is on the higher end of costs and then they short cut you even more(specifically this franchise location) by not filling your drink all the way. This is the second or third time already and itgets increasingly frustrating to the point where you no longer want to be a consumer. Read more

Went inside seen it was just as busy understandable,... what i don?t understand is that it?s so busy that the lid on my wife?s tea wasn?t secured well.
