I stopped in this morning for an order for 12 people. Very busy, the woman who was getting my drinks ready was so sweet and... helpful! I dropped a drink because I?m a clutz and she remade my drink, told me not to worry about the spill in the nicest wayamongst the chaos of the morning coffee orders. I believe she is the manager. Nicer store than most. My only issue with this location is consistency. My drink is almost always made incorrectly. When I first... started going it was great but now maybe one in 10 drinks are even drinkable. Read more
Literally the nicest staff ever! I stopped into this location and it turned my whole day around. Kudos to this team! Great... music, great vibes. I just wish I had the option to tip on my card. Hopefully the card machines will be updated so that thisteam can get all the tips they deserve. Read more
Placed a simple order, and I'm 100% sure my triple shot white chocolate mocha only consisted of milk. At least they got my... husband's Cafe Americana correct. Nice location to several hotels including the Main by Hilton in Norfolk. Wasn't as warming as other Starbucks but still did the... job. Lost a star for cleanliness, friendly greetings and incorrect order. Read more
Always prepares my drinks exactly as directed. Answers my questions without hesitation. No long wait. Well organized. I would... say this location is a great one. The iced peach green tea and coffee cake are delicious. My household enjoys the pink drink,confetti sugar cookie, and the bacon, sausage, and egg wrap. Read more
We was rushed through the drive-thru even though it was only 1 car. I understand having to keep a constant flow but I even asked... the guy to give me a second and still proceed to rush me. I ordered a Hot Mocha Frappe and a frozen Mocha Frappe both of thedrinks tasted like nothing but hot milk and water. we started to turn around and realize we didn't have a receipt either.
